Patty has been my Pilates instructor for the past 14 years. She is extremely knowledgeable about the body, as shown through her expertise in keeping one safe while providing an excellent full-body workout. Having had multiple back surgeries, which have resulted in some physical limitations, Patty knows how to adapt Pilates to my individual needs. Aside from her wonderful teaching style, Patty is warm, encouraging, and the nicest person!
Patty always teaches like she is giving you a private even if you are in a space with 10 other clients. Her attention to alignment and safety, (which is #1 of importance to me with all my aching body parts), and is apparent in every moment of the session. Patty’s wealth of knowledge in the areas of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics puts her in another category of instructors. I am so fortunate to be her client for over 15 years And look forward to many more!
