In order to ensure payment processing is as easy as possible, I have included a short video from my selected payment processor.  Once you have completed your payment, please download the necessary forms (assessment, liability waiver, health history).

My pricing as stated on my personal training page:

Assessment:  $95
Single Session:  $150
Package Rate:  $330

The next step is to send your payment using  “ZELLE”.  Follow the steps in these videos.  It is super- easy, safe, and contactless.  Once your payment is received, I will forward you the necessary forms so we can begin our sessions.
